To participate in Youth Action Michigan meetings and events. 2. To allow YAM’s Youth Organizer and volunteers to transport my student to and from meetings if necessary. (Note: This will not be done often. Please talk to the facilitator if transportation home is an issue.) 3. To allow Youth Action Michigan facilitators to reach out to your student throughout the week, as needed, by text, email or phone. 4. To allow images and videos of my child to be released on the Student Advocacy Center’s and Youth Action Michigan’s Facebook page or other media outlets to promote Youth Action Michigan and Student Advocacy Center. I understand that participation in Youth Action Michigan is voluntary and my student or I can withdraw them at any point in time.
